Area Director (Department) of General Didactics, Teaching Practice and Organization of Centers of the Faculty of Education and professor in the Official Master's Degree in Leadership and Management of Educational Centers and in the Training of Secondary Education Teachers of the International University of the Rioja (UNIR) as well as professor of the Master of Communication and Audiovisual Education of the International University of Andalusia (UNIA) and the University of Huelva. He is a member of the research groups «Agor @», GICID (Research Group in Communication and Digital Information) of the University of Zaragoza and the "Communication and Digital Society" group of the UNIR as well as of the "Comunicar" Group. Consultant in Kaleidos and Professor of the Regional Center of Theological Studies of Aragon. His research focuses on the analysis and methodological possibilities as well as the didactic use of ICT and the media in education.

Doctor en Psicopedagogía por la Universidad de Huelva, Licenciado en Ciencias de la Educación por la UNED y en Estudios Eclesiásticos por la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. Diplomado en Teología por el Centro Regional de Estudios Teológicos de Aragón, en Magisterio por la Universidad de Zaragoza y postgrado en Educación de Adultos por la Universidad de Zaragoza. Director del Área de Didáctica General, Práctica Docente y Organización de Centros de la Facultad de Pedagogía y profesor del Máster Oficial en Dirección y Gestión de Centros Educativos y en Formación de Profesores de Educación Secundaria de la Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), así como profesor del Máster de Comunicación y Educación Audiovisual de la Universidad Internacional de Andalucía (UNIA) y de la Universidad de Huelva. Es miembro de los grupos de investigación "Agor @", GICID (Grupo de Investigación en Comunicación e Información Digital) de la Universidad de Zaragoza y del grupo "Comunicación y Sociedad Digital" de la UNIR así como del Grupo "Comunicar". Consultor en Kaleidos y Profesor del Centro Regional de Estudios Teológicos de Aragón. Su investigación se centra en el análisis y las posibilidades metodológicas, así como en el uso didáctico de las TIC y los medios de comunicación en la educación.
