Nueva edición del Máster de Formación Permanente en Metodología de la Investigación en Ciencias de la Salud
El Área de Medicina Preventiva y Salud Pública del Dpto. Sociología, Trabajo Social y Salud Pública de la universidad de Huelva, en el que participa como entidad colaboradora la Fundación Andaluza Beturia para la Investigación en Salud (FABIS), da a conocer la nueva edición del máster de Formación Permanente en Metodología de la Investigación en Ciencias de la Salud (MICS). Ésta sería la decimoquinta edición que la universidad de Huelva cuenta en su oferta académica con nuestro estudio, el cual se viene impartiendo en la modalidad eLearning (100% online), lo que ha permitido que cientos de profesionales sanitarios hayan podido compaginar sus funciones profesionales con el estudio de las materias impartidas, y conciliación de su vida familiar, lo que también ha permitido contar con alumnos de cualquier ámbito geográfico tanto en el territorio nacional como en el de otros países.
El Máster de Metodología de Investigación en Ciencias de la Salud (MICS), tiene como objetivo principal dotar a los alumnos, especialmente de titulaciones sanitarias o análogas, de los conocimientos básicos y de las destrezas metodológicas para llevar a cabo un proyecto de investigación. Para ello, y tras un primer módulo introductorio general a la metodología científica, se abordan, con un enfoque eminentemente práctico, las técnicas de análisis a través de paquetes informáticos de uso frecuente como son el SPSS® y EPIDAT (para estudios con metodología cuantitativa) y el ATLAS.ti (para estudios con metodología cualitativa); los diferentes tipos de diseños más frecuentemente empleados en investigación en Ciencias de la Vida y cómo llevarlos a término; aprender a realizar una búsqueda bibliográfica eficiente; y conocer las bases de la escritura científica.
El objetivo principal es conseguir que los alumnos sean capaces de proponer, redactar un protocolo de investigación que pueda ser competitivo en una convocatoria pública de financiación selectiva, que será el objeto del trabajo final del máster (tesina), que será tutorizado por profesores expertos en la materia.
Como título de posgrado, la titulación obtenida es puntuable en las bolsas de trabajo, oposiciones y convocatorias y ofertas que realizan las Instituciones Públicas y Privadas.
