Ryan Fitzpatrick, University of Toronto Scarborough
Ryan Fitzpatrick is a poet and academic living in Toronto, where he is currently a SSHRC funded postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto Scarborough. He works on post-1960s poetry in Canada after the spatial turn. He is the author of two books of poetry: Fortified Castles (Talonbooks, 2014) and Fake Math (Snare, 2007). With Jonathan Ball, he edited Why Poetry Sucks: An Anthology of Humorous Experimental Canadian Poetry (Insomniac, 2014). With Deanna Fong, Janey Dodd, and others, he worked on the second iteration of the Fred Wah Digital Archive (http://fredwah.ca).
