In this work, the Roman phase of a rural settlement located in the current periphery of Huelva and that is characterized by the existence of a population continuum on the site from Roman epoch until the seventies of last century, is analyzed. In spite of the fact that the archaeological structures conserved are from late Roman epoch, the pottery analyzed speaks us about a more wide Roman settlement working at least from the 1st century B.C. to the 6th century A.D.
