It, nevertheless, it is necessary to consider the importance of the role that gives it to the freedom of company and, consistently, the need to consider the rights and interests in game and to look for points of balance between them. This explains that the attainment of the equality should canalize juridically across two complementary routes. On the one hand, by means of the adoption of measures of positive action directed to favoring the position on the labor market of certain specially vulnerable groups. One the other hand, across mechanisms directed to marking with clarity the limits in which it must remain limited the principle of freedom of company in the area of the labour relations.
