A saúde mental e bem-estar na adolescên-
cia requer a participação e a acessibilidade de
todos no desenvolvimento de estratégias e-
cazes de gestão do stress provocado pela pan-
demia COVID-19 e outros acontecimentos de
vida, e ainda, no desenvolvimento de compe-
tências socio emocionais, promotores de saú-
de mental e que previnam o aparecimento de
sintomas depressivos e diculdade na gestão
de expectativas negativas face ao futuro.
