Samuel Diez Reboso (León, 1986) graduated in Hispanic Philology at the University of Cordoba in June 2009. He now enjoys a predoctoral fellowship associated with the Research Project FFI 2008-01843, at the University of Huelva since September 2009. He is a member of the research group "Nicolaus Heinsius" (HUM-261) from the same university since 2009.
He received a Masters in European Literature and Language Teaching at the University of Huelva, which ended with his research Collation of the manuscript Matritensis 10038: Ovid, Metamorphoses.
Currently, he is working on editing and critical commentary of Book XI of Ovid's Metamorphosis, draft to be presented as his doctoral thesis. He is also dedicated to the study of Ovidian reception of the work in medieval times, in particular Johannes of Garlandia's Integumenta Ovidii. He also participates in the publication of the first monograph dedicated exclusively to the humanist Diego López de Cortegana.
