ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• The available time for each oral communication will be 15 minutes.

• Each room will have a compatible PC (with Microsoft PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader) and a video projector.

• At least a quarter of an hour before the start of the session, the speakers should be in the room where the session will be held to meet with the volunteer organization and to dispose the necesary for the presentation. In any case you can use your own laptop.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS FORM

• The posters have a DIN A1 size. It is recommended the use of large fonts so that the poster can be read at an average distance of 80 cm.

• Do not use photocopies of your paper.

PROJECTS

• The available time for the presentation of each project will be 5 minutes.
