Among the main aims that this program has they are: to realize joint activities; to realize transfer of knowledge between the regions implied for to stimulate furthermore the economic and social com-petitivad between them, with the creation of employment as one of! Seize basic priorities. Together with the University of Huelva they will take part in this new project. Among the principal aims the University of the Algarve, theTechnical Institute of Beja, the Institute of Marine Sciences of Andalusia-CSIC of Cadiz and the Institute of Natural Resources and Agrobiology CSIC Seville. For end was taking this research network, several actions have been carried out as the accomplishment of meetings between the diverse research groups to establish criteria of cooperation in matter I+D+i. The director of research of the UHU, Jesus Damián of the Rose, comments of the network it will include also a good number of projects that already were shared on both sides of the border, beginning in 2002. A study will be realized on the use of narcotics in the youth, study that already was carried out in the previous years in the same sense and  includes the three already mentioned zones: Huelva, the Algarve and baixo Alentejo. An important information is that these studies fit with the philosophy of the European Space of Education.
