Resumen

This article tackles the task of au- thorship verification in the joint drafting of lawsuits. The article attempts to answer the following questions: What problems hinder the task of authorship verification in the joint drafting of lawsuits? How can one discriminate the individual writing of the subject whose authorship is to be verified? What method al- lows for objective validation of the results? The article is divided into two parts. The first part addresses the problems hindering the task of authorship verification in the joint drafting of lawsuits. The second part proposes an integrated approach and applies it to a real case tried in a Spanish high court of justice.
