El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar las demandas físicas del cambio de las reglas de juego en
los juegos reducidos en jóvenes jugadores de fútbol. Con nuestros resultados, se puede confirmar
que, dependiendo del elemento estructural o conjunto de ellos que se modifiquen en los JR, se ob-
tendrán diferentes respuestas en cuanto a la carga interna y externa del futbolista. En este sentido,
