Efectos de diferentes juegos reducidos sobre las demandas físico-fisiológicas en jugadores de fútbol sub´14

Resumen

Las demandas físicas que soportan los jugadores durante un entrenamiento puede verse alterado en función de las tareas que lo conforman. El diseño de las tareas es una labor que recae sobre el entrenador, que atendiendo a su planificación y las necesidades que presenta el equipo, modifica o propone objetivos a una tarea, rectificando los requerimientos de los deportistas. El objetivo fue analizar la influencia de determinados elementos conformadores de las tareas sobre variables de carga interna y externa en jugadores de fútbol sub14. Se analizaron 16 jugadores que realizaron cuatro situaciones reducidas de entrenamientos de 4 contra 4 en un espacio de 30 x 20 metros (75m2 por jugador) durante 6 min y con un descanso de cuatro min entre Juego Reducido. Cada jugador fue equipado con un dispositivo inercial WIMUPROTM. Los resultados muestran como al eliminar las porterías en Juego Reducido, produce un aumento de la distancia recorrida y un aumento en la Frecuencia Cardíaca. esto puede ser debido a que al no tener que defender una meta los jugadores empezaron a intentar robar el balón por todo el espacio, en lugar de posicionarse en un lado del campo y proteger su portería.
