The conference, aiming at being the follow-up of the previous "NPQCD12: The Promise of a Bridge from Elementary Particle Physics Interactions to Nuclear Forces" celebrated in 2012, and "NPQCD14: Connecting Nuclear Physics and Elementary Particle Physics" celebrated in 2014, will take place now in Sevilla.
