The Vice-rectorate of the University of Huelva they show us the program of the Project RISE (Research Network of Europa's Southwest that bases on four fundamental props: the environment, the food-processing sector, the health and the patrimonial wealth. The importance that is going to have this project is takes root in that it will allow the creation of a system in which there are included the cross-border territory trained by Huelva, Seville and Cadiz and the Portuguese districts of alga rve and baixo Alentejo
